We appreciate for the Ergomaker purchase you make, but some situations just happened that the product doesn’t fit you well, you can make your easy return here.

Return Policy
Restrictions on no reason to return: Please ensure that the returned product is still in the original condition of purchase and meets the conditions for secondary sales. Specifically include the following requirements:
- The product is in good condition. That is, the surface of the product has no scratches, no wear/damage, no bumps, no traces of use, etc. the product can maintain its original quality and function;
- The outer packaging of the product is complete;
- If the product is equipped with accessories, the accessories should be complete.
If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, Ergomaker reserves the rights to refuse to accept the return application, and customer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.
You may return your undamaged products with the receipt and packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping or installation charges. If product is returned within this time-frame and in its original condition, we’ll exchange it for a new one or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
If you want to return the product, you need to contact us first, we do not accept you return the product the address we sent to you without contact. For such situation your returning request will be declined.
How to return
Prior to shipping your item back to Ergomaker, you must visit our Contact Us page to obtain an RGA number. To avoid damage during the return, it is required that you ship any return to Ergomaker in its original packaging. You must ship any product to the address given to you when your RGA is issued. It is important to write the RGA number on the outside of each box so we may issue the credit to you.
Refund Policy
You can cancel the order at any time before Ergomaker has shipped the products to you. Under normal circumstances, we will process your order cancellation request within 1-2 working days. Once the order has entered the shipped stage, it may not be canceled. Please contact us.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be issued to the same card within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you are a registered PayPal member, your refund will be completed instantly. You may check your PayPal account for more information regarding the refund.
If you are an unregistered PayPal user, it will take 7-45 days for PayPal to process your refund and return the money to your credit card account.
